1Export is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant, working from home in Davao City, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings and appointments - Handle travel arrangements and accommodations - Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed - Organize and maintain files and records - Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations - Provide support for special projects as assigned
Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Planning and adaptability soft skills
