Job Description:
Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a Remote Secretary to join our dynamic team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful, and possesses strong teamwork and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to the team remotely. 2. Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and correspondence. 3. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls. 4. Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up tasks. 5. Maintain and update records and databases as needed. 6. Conduct research and compile information as requested. 7. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when necessary. 8. Assist with special projects and events as assigned.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 4. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
