Job Description - Secretary - Work from home

Job Description:


Sprout Solutions is seeking a dedicated and energetic Secretary to work from home in Quezon City, NCR. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities: - Manage and organize electronic documents and files - Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements - Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails - Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general administrative tasks - Provide administrative support to the team as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred - 2+ years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Persuasion and creativity skills - Dedicated and energetic personality traits
