Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

1Export is seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for candidates who are resourceful, creative, and able to effectively plan and prioritize tasks. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work remotely and contribute to our mission of providing innovative e-commerce solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents. - Assist with research and data entry tasks to support various projects. - Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. - Help with social media management, content creation, and other marketing tasks. - Support the team with any other tasks or projects as needed.

Requirements: - Energetic and enthusiastic personality. - Strong resourcefulness and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organization skills. - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.
