Virtual Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: SM Investments Corporation is seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. This is a part-time position with the possibility of growth within the company. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various teams and senior executives within the organization. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for senior executives. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence. 3. Conduct research on various topics and compile information for reports and presentations. 4. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and creating invoices. 5. Organize and maintain electronic files and documents in a systematic manner. 6. Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips. 7. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and proofreading.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and passionate individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 3. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 7. Prior experience working remotely and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools is a plus.
