Job Description:
Petron Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, Philippines. As an Entry Level Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing email correspondence - Scheduling appointments and meetings - Conducting research and compiling data - Creating and maintaining spreadsheets - Assisting with social media management - Handling basic bookkeeping tasks - Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
