Job Description:
BeautyMNL is seeking a reliable and independent Secretary to join our team in a remote work position. As a part-time Associate Level Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, who possesses excellent planning and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks assigned by team members. 2. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls. 3. Schedule meetings and appointments for team members. 4. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems. 5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. 6. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members when necessary. 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. 8. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. 9. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and time-management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 6. Experience in remote work is a plus. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required. 8. Personality traits: Reliable, Independent 9. Soft skills: Planning, Negotiation
