Job Description:
SariSuki is seeking a confident and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time remote Secretary. As a Secretary at SariSuki, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.
Responsibilities: - Managing and organizing company files, documents, and records - Scheduling appointments and meetings for team members - Handling email correspondence and phone calls - Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases - Making travel arrangements and reservations - Preparing reports and presentations - Performing general office tasks as needed
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Decision-making and planning skills - Comfortable with remote work and technology - No prior experience required
