Virtual Assistant For A Marketing Manager - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support the Influencer Marketing Manager of our client, a consumer wellness brand offering single-use recyclable diffusers and incense droplets made from natural, organic ingredients. This role involves sourcing both paid and gifted influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as well as administration tasks. 

Work schedule

• Initially, this role requires 10 hours of support per week which can scale up to 15 hours per week
• You will follow a predefined weekly meeting cadence to synchronize with the client's schedule and maintain regular communication
• Flexible working schedule while adhering to turn around time and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct data entry to support influencer sourcing. 
• Assist in sourcing influencers and evaluating their suitability based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct research on various topics to gather information for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate scheduling, communications, and follow-up with influencers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience as general Virtual Assistant
• Strong understanding of Social Media particularly Instagram, Tiktok and You Tube
• Proficient with Google Suite
• Preferably knowledgeable with Influencer Marketing
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to brand needs
