Job Description: Kumu, a dynamic and innovative company based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to the account management team by assisting with client communication and follow-up - Assist with managing client accounts, including updating information and resolving any issues that arise - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions between the sales and account management processes - Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction - Help maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with CRM software is preferred - Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong work ethic - A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
