Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a dedicated and energetic Account Support Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. This position will be done remotely, allowing for flexibility in work hours and location.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and chat. 2. Assist with customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution. 3. Work closely with the Account Management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and improve overall customer experience. 6. Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer support or account management role. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
