Job Description - Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


PearlPay is seeking a talented and dedicated Account Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Account Support Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support and assistance with any account-related inquiries or issues. - Proactively reach out to clients to offer assistance and ensure their satisfaction with our services. - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely manner. - Assist in maintaining accurate client records and documentation. - Provide training and support to clients on how to use our platform effectively. - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients. - Assist in the development of customer support materials and resources.


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a remote setting. - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
