Account Support Manager - Remote Work

MadEats is seeking a part-time Account Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote work opportunity, so you can work from the comfort of your own home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in account management or customer support.

As an Account Support Manager at MadEats, your responsibilities will include managing client accounts, resolving customer issues, and providing support to our sales team. You will be the point of contact for all client inquiries and will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify new business opportunities and improve customer retention.

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and excellent research skills. You must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
