Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Jollibee Foods Corporation. This is a part-time remote position based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH, suitable for candidates at a mid-to-senior level with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide account support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements - Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and maximize client satisfaction - Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on account status and progress
Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Critical thinking skills to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions - Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced and client-focused environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
