Job Description - Account Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at KMC Solutions. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from anywhere in Manila, NCR, PH. As a part-time role with mid-to-senior level seniority, we require a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in account management or customer support.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem resolution - Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services and support to clients - Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to clients and management - Identify opportunities for account growth and retention - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management


Requirements: - Confidence and independence to handle client relationships and make responsible decisions - Adaptability to work in a remote environment and handle changing priorities - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams - Previous experience in account management or customer support is required - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
