Account Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Account Support Officer to join our team at Shopee Philippines. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Entry Level Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team in order to ensure the success of our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers with day-to-day operations and client communications. 2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. 3. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction. 5. Utilize emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to build strong relationships with clients. 6. Use data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives. 7. Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work consistently.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role. 3. Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. 4. Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 5. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Remote work experience is a plus.
