Job Description:
As an Account Support Officer at Homebase, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients and customers. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients and customers via phone, email, or chat to provide timely and accurate assistance. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their accounts, billing, or services. 3. Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on new features or updates. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers. 7. Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account support roles. 2. Hardworking and driven individual with a strong passion for customer satisfaction. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to different communication styles. 4. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. 5. Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. 8. Associate level of seniority with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
