Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Monde Nissin, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing support to our valued clients and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 2. Assist clients with product orders, account changes, and general account management tasks. 3. Conduct research and analysis to identify solutions to client challenges and provide recommendations for improvement. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and implement customer requests and ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the company database. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients and contribute to revenue growth. 7. Participate in training and development programs to continuously enhance your knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management roles. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve client issues effectively. 3. Excellent research capabilities to gather relevant information and provide accurate recommendations. 4. Demonstrated dedication to customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 7. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
