Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Grab Philippines is looking for a diligent and adaptable Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Manila, NCR, Philippines.

Responsibilities: - Managing and resolving customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Supporting account management activities, including account setup and maintenance - Providing product information and guidance to clients - Collaborating with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve client issues - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
