Job Description:


Lazada Philippines is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Representative to join our team. This is a remote work position that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving inquiries and issues, and maintaining relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses. 2.
