Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: Expedock is seeking a motivated and reliable Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and assisting with account management tasks.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general account maintenance - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote retention - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Provide proactive support to resolve any potential issues before they escalate - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or account support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Negotiation skills and the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and reliable with a positive attitude - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
