Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a remote Account Support Representative to join our team at Grab Philippines. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Assist clients with setting up and managing their accounts on our platform - Provide guidance and support to clients on how to use our services effectively - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and onboard new clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients

Requirements: - Highly motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Strong people management skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams - Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey information to clients - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
