Job Description:
Grab Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to account holders by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving conflicts in a timely manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication for account management. 3. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and recommend strategies for improving customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. 5. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 6. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 7. Proactively seek out opportunities for new business development and upselling within existing accounts.
Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and internal stakeholders. 2. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining productivity and focus. 3. Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for account management and data analysis. 4. Hardworking and resourceful mindset to overcome challenges and deliver results. 5. Strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted initiatives. 6.
