Great Deals E-commerce Corporation is seeking a dedicated Account Support Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a remote work position based in Manila, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional support to key accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments. 3. Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Create and maintain detailed account records and reports. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive business success. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements: 1. Adaptability and independence to thrive in a remote work environment. 2. Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Ability to think innovatively and offer creative solutions to challenges. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
