Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Account Support Representative to join our team at Monde Nissin. This is a remote part-time position based in Taguig, NCR, PH, perfect for individuals who are resourceful and adaptable. As an Entry Level Account Support Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our account management team in providing excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist with account management duties such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and communicating with clients - Handle inquiries and feedback from customers in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Help maintain customer database and files up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Provide administrative support as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong planning and organization skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus - Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in customer service or account management is a bonus
