Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Expedock is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work setting. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. This position is part-time and at an associate level, with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team members - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Meeting call quality and productivity standards - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Independent and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Reliable internet connection and home office setup - Prior experience with remote work is a plus
