Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients over the phone. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Update customer records in the database accurately - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet performance metrics for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Resourceful and reliable with excellent problem-solving skills - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications
