Call Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Associate to join our remote team at Wilcon Depot in Manila. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone and providing excellent customer service. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service setting.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates - Update customer information in the database accurately - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Proven experience working in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Adaptability and a passion for delivering excellent customer service - Innovative thinking and the ability to think outside the box - High school diploma or equivalent required
