Job Description - Call Center Manager - Remote Work

Ayala Corporation is seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Manager to join our team remotely in Taguig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a call center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong emotional intelligence and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the call center team remotely - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure optimal performance - Monitor call center metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Train and mentor call center agents to improve customer service and sales performance - Handle escalated customer calls and provide solutions to complex issues - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency - Implement employee development programs and performance management strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 8+ years of experience in a call center environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in call center software and reporting tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
