Job Description:
United Laboratories, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Manager for a remote work position based in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. This part-time role is ideal for a candidate with 8 years of experience in call center management, at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement call center strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase productivity. - Monitor call center performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. - Train and supervise call center agents, ensuring quality customer service. - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. - Collaborate with other departments to optimize call center operations. - Implement and maintain call center technology and software. - Prepare reports on call center performance and present findings to senior management. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in call center management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. - Proven experience as a call center manager or similar role. - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in call center technology and software. - Energetic and driven personality traits. - Attention to detail and cooperation soft skills.
