Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Workbean is currently seeking a motivated and independent Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and assistance. This role requires an individual who is driven, possesses emotional intelligence, and excels in time management.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates - Handling customer complaints in a professional manner - Providing product information and assisting with sales inquiries - Logging customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy - Proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
