Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Advance is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. This position is located in Taguig, NCR, PH.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Utilize company resources to research and resolve customer concerns - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by management - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall customer satisfaction - Flexible schedule to accommodate peak call times and customer demand

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing situations - Leadership qualities and emotional intelligence to effectively handle challenging interactions - Must be motivated to succeed and exceed performance expectations - Comfortable working remotely and effectively managing time and tasks - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
