Call Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

mClinica is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information. 3. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Document all interactions accurately in the company's database. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 7. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong people management and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
