Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Call Center Specialist to join our remote team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is perfect for individuals who are driven and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As an Associate Level employee, you will play a key role in providing top-notch customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Provide information to customers about our products and services - Assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have - Update customer records in the database accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet established KPIs and targets set by the company

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate with colleagues - Proficient in using CRM software and other call center tools
