Job Description:
Emperador Distillers Inc. is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize various communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels within the organization. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to actively listen to customer needs. 3. Resourceful and independent work ethic to handle tasks efficiently. 4. People management skills to handle challenging customer interactions effectively. 5. Planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
