Job Description - Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and driven Call Center Specialist to join our team at PLDT. This is a remote work opportunity based in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries or issues efficiently and professionally.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues. 3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services. 4. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and proactive manner. 5. Document all customer interactions and update customer records. 6. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company. 7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 8. Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by PLDT.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 4. High level of cooperation and teamwork. 5. Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Reliable and punctual. 7. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection. 8. Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment.
