Call Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Call Center Specialist to join our team at LBC Express Holdings, Inc. This position is a remote work opportunity based in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a part-time entry-level member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting and exceeding customer service KPIs and targets - Participating in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to improve skills and knowledge - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a professional phone etiquette - Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills - Team player with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and remotely - High school diploma or equivalent
