Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Wilcon Depot is seeking a motivated and energetic Chat Support Assistant to join our remote team based in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This part-time position offers an opportunity for individuals with at least 4 years of experience to work as an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat support - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Follow company policies and procedures to meet customer service standards - Take ownership of issues and follow through until resolution - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support - Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and energetic personality - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and computer - Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends
