Chat Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Assistant to join our team at Petron Corporation. This position is remote and part-time, based in Davao City, Davao, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of adaptability and drive.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members - Keep detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Previous experience in customer service or support roles - Proficient in using chat support software and tools - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
