Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

1Export is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team on a remote basis. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through chat communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via chat. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with order processing and tracking. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate department if necessary. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring all inquiries are handled in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. 4. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. Strong computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms. 7. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
