Chat Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a passionate and hardworking Chat Support Associate to join our remote team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Entry Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns - Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Document all customer interactions accurately in our system - Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and customer experience - Strive to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company updates

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using chat platforms and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Willingness to work flexible hours as needed - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
