NextPay is seeking a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team. This is a remote part-time position based in Makati, NCR, PH, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior and a requirement of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Chat Support Manager at NextPay, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service through chat communication channels. Your main duties will include monitoring chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency, providing feedback and coaching to chat agents, managing scheduling and staffing for the chat support team, and analyzing chat metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
To excel in this role, you must be independent and driven, with strong planning and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing chat support teams and achieving customer service targets.
