Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a motivated and driven Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Pasig, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for customers using Xepto Computing products. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve processes and services. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company procedures. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements. 7. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support. 2. Excellent communication skills and ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Creativity and adaptability to handle various customer situations. 6. Motivated and driven to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
