Chat Support Officer - Remote Work

BeamAndGo is seeking a motivated and independent Chat Support Officer to join our remote team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time entry-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via chat to assist with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Demonstrate a strong understanding of BeamAndGo products and services to effectively communicate with customers - Work independently to research and provide solutions to customer concerns - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think strategically and problem solve effectively - Resourceful and able to work independently - Previous experience in customer service is preferred - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with chat support platforms - Must have a reliable internet connection and workspace to work remotely
