Job Description:
GMA Network Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with the opportunity to work remotely. As an Associate Level Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support channels.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally via chat support. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive attitude in all interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for customers. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for further analysis and improvement. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance customer experience. 8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines for chat support interactions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or chat support role. 2. Independent and motivated individual with strong decision-making skills. 3. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer inquiries effectively. 4. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support platforms and CRM systems. 6. Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus. 7. Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with team members virtually.
