Job Description - Chat Support Representative - Remote Work


Job Description:


We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to join our team at KMC Solutions. This is a remote work opportunity based in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate-level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via chat support. 2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. 4. Utilize resources to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers. 5. Communicate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer support. 6. Adhere to company guidelines and policies while interacting with customers. 7. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and confident demeanor to handle customer inquiries effectively. 2. Strong presentation skills to communicate information clearly and concisely. 3. Creative problem-solving skills to address customer issues proactively. 4. Experience in a customer service or support role for at least 3 years. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Proficiency in using chat support tools and platforms.
