Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Avion School is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a remote part-time position based in Makati, NCR, PH, with an entry-level seniority level and a requirement of at least 1 year of experience.

As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our students and potential students through chat channels. Your primary duties will include addressing inquiries, providing information about our programs, assisting with technical issues, and ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all users.

Responsibilities: - Respond to chat inquiries promptly and professionally - Provide information about Avion School programs and services - Assist with technical issues and troubleshoot as needed - Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other team members to improve support processes and procedures

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong adaptability to handle a variety of situations - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital tools and platforms
