Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Chat Support Specialist at Robinsons Land Corporation, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support through online chat channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong desire to help customers resolve their issues efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat channels - Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Proactively engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer service - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Resourceful and hardworking personality traits - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Basic computer skills and familiarity with online chat platforms
