Chat Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Ayala Land is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will possess strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner. - Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions. - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues they may encounter. - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution. - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. - Adaptable and dedicated personality traits. - Strong cooperation skills and emotional intelligence. - Ability to work remotely and independently. - Excellent written communication skills. - Proficiency in using chat support software.
