Client Relations Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

ChatGenie is seeking a Client Relations Assistant to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our Client Relations team in managing relationships with our clients. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong project management skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships with clients - Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients - Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Respond to client inquiries and provide assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in organizing and tracking client feedback and requests - Support the Client Relations team in various administrative tasks

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing role - Strong project management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Independent and adaptable personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
